A lot of things can be learned here. Right from scratch. Engineering is defined here. One can raise to a standard of becoming a scientist. All in all a very good platform to learn.
Cons
The above good things comes at a price. You will be treated like a college student. They claim to be a long developed company but they run in a house at Neelangarai. Very unpleasant place for girls. They will search for you even when you take a nature's call break. You cannot talk or crack a joke or even talk to your peer. A VERY IMPORTANT POINT : There is a bond kind of thing in your offer letter which they DO NOT MENTION before joining the company. You will have to pay a month's Salary back if you are quitting from the place on your own. If you are sick and take an off they will make you guilty for it. Every penny you take home will be pointed out like they are giving you a charity.
