    Nothing Good. Life Wasted here.

    Everything.Too Much Torture.Non Bengali discrimination .Too bad then apartheid . Less salary for non Bengali . Onsite Opportunities only for Bengali.

    Good to have an agency that focuses on clients and their businesses... Nothing new than what's already being said here as the Pros. However... refer to cons.

    A lot... where to begin... - Remuneration is sub-par. Competitors offer much more than what Ipsos can even top-up as a counter-offer to retain an outgoing employee (if that ever happens). - Slowly there is a culture of "fame matters the most" being developed.     Advice to Management

    Need to change this attitude. Targets are important but so are people. - When you sell and promise what client does not ask for, clients will have superior expectations from you for delivery. And if those expectations don't meet, because you have sold and have no clue about executions, it usually leads to unhappy clients.     No pros, if you can make good friends Social life will be good as the location is near Galleria market Ipsos internationally is much better, this review is only for India offices

    Horrible management No work satisfaction Completely commercial Treat employees like slaves Post resignation behaviour is worst Miserly behaviour even for a few thousand bucks
