Left out to dry by leadership

Good coworkers Ok benefits Good for entry level employees looking for experience Flexible working hours and location (WFH even before covid)
Cons
14 people left in 4 months on a team of 60 people. Despite this, leadership continues to push the narrative that this is just normal turnover and the solution is for the remaining team to work harder. They also say that they are hiring, but hiring is always lagging behind departures, so the remaining employees are doing the work of multiple people. Additionally, there is no consequence for under performers (people who cannot make decisions independently, people taking the lead on a project and then taking unexpected of vacation in the middle of delivery). This means the other employees take on way more than they should. Burnout is incredibly high Requests for work life balance is met with comments that imply the problem is the employee instead of the 75h work week. To be successful here, you have to be willing to work with no guidance or supervision, no support, and have leaders who don't support you claim your good work for themselves. Leaders do not talk to each other, because they are all so possessive of their own silo and they don't share knowledge or resources.

Good supportive team mates, but little to no career progression
10 Mar 2021 - Research ExecutiveRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company here practice flexible working hours, which is great in giving freedom for employees to decide their work done. Also, the colleagues here are nice and supportive in terms of giving guidance and patience in leading the new-joiners.
Cons
Be prepared there will be long working hours with meeting tight deadlines. Expertise in time management with high adaptivity skills and having an agile working attitude are required here. And, there's no authorization for contract staffs to access/work with certain work area/departments, which is affecting the work efficiency and productivity as a team. There is also no clear KPI in monitoring contractual staff's performance and no training is provided to upskill themselves to get a promotion which gives little to no progression for their career's growth.
