Nothing but good things to say about this company
27 Sept 2021 - Analyst in ParisRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience working at Ipsos. A good CEO is important to the success of any company, and our CEO is an outstanding individual. No wonder Ipsos maintains such a high reputation! In regards to the work itself: it’s pretty easy! I was hired with no experience working as an analyst, but I got the hang of it fairly quickly. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t the most exciting job in the world on the surface, but there are so many learning opportunities! I’ve gained a plethora of skills from all the responsibilities I’ve gained as I’ve progressed. If you’re eager to learn and you like to stay busy, I guarantee that you’ll never have a boring day on the job. I also want to add that we’re given the flexibility to work from home if needed, which has been great for me on days when I’d like to take a break from the office. The people here are a pleasure to work with. Everyone’s easy to get along with, and I’ve even made a few work buddies. I’m impressed every day by the intelligence of my coworkers, and they keep me inspired to keep coming into work and putting all my effort in to advancing my career as an analyst. I also feel lucky to say that I love my job and mean it!
Cons
The only downside to working here are the long hours. It’s not the worst thing in the world, and the extra hours keep my bank account looking great, but sometimes I miss having more time to myself.

Conservative company with poor benefits - good for up-skilling and then finding other opportunities
10 Aug 2021 - Research Executive in SingaporeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Some of the senior leadership team is very caring and listen to concerns that might be raised - Empathetic culture - Great people; brilliant colleagues - Good HR and excellent support staff - Open to feedback
Cons
- Centralized decision-making from HQ, rigid structure and procedures - Long working hours - Very low compensation, lack of benefits - No bonus, increments, promotion prospects (at least during the pandemic) - While feedback is collected regularly, local management has hands tied to act on setting things right without HQ approval - Extremely high administrative burden on research executives taking up a lot of their working hours

The company has deep expertise in various industries including healthcare, so it should be your first choice if you want to know some market. Another great plus is great supportive teams that are always ready to ask your questions (excl finance dept)
Cons
Very dynamical job with long hours- you should be ready for that.
