1. The software architecture is really miserable. 2. You have to do support work also along with development. 3. No encouragement given on adapting/learning new technology or frameworks. 4. No emphasis is given on writing quality code and especially on code reviews. 5. There is a 3 year employment bond. 6. Need to travel for 3 hours daily to their changodar plant although the software team has no relevance of being at plant whatsoever.

No matter if your location is Changodar plant or office, you will need to go to the plant and work there - Anyone can get any task. No matter what there role is - You can get work related calls even on mid nights despite being off site - Need to sign bond before you get hired - You are the product owner so you need to do work of a product manager, scrum master, developer, tester and reviewer. No one else would be working with you - People can make good plans but no one can execute any plan properly
