- They don't give appointment letter until joining and then you see the reason why they do that. 1) During interview process the yearly leaves and week offs are discussed but it is not mentioned in the appointment letter. 2) HR is just a puppet of Management. they will change job timings as and when needed. 3) HR and other employees are changing after every 6-8 months due to rude behavior of egoistic management. 4) Its very small company and there is nothing to learn here. 5) Location of company is awkward as well. 6) There is no proper SOP, business plan, operational safety, documentation. etc. Working like a layman and acting like a conglomerate.
