- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Immediate co-workers and team-building events. Not much else.
Cons
Toxic, "Me First" culture, silo organization with non-existent communication between departments. Customer needs are a distant consideration. Consistently late with deliveries and multiple quality issues and extremely long quote lead times. Highly dysfunctional organization. Extremely high benefit costs. 33% higher than local market rates, Individual premiums per family member. Struggled to get tools to perform job effectively, European management that only takes input once things blow up.

Cons
Hot Environment, working with foreign workers
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Great location, outstanding facility located near major highways, easy to get to work, little or no traffic most of the time. Building exterior and interior are exceptionally clean & bright. Shop environment looks more like a high tech lab than a fabrication area. Relatively stress-free place to work.
Cons
No real major issues. Employees are expected to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. That's not really asking too much.
- Current Employee★★★★★
A good place to use as a stepping stone. Not a career.

Company is flexible in hours. A casual and laid back atmosphere.
Cons
No room for financial growth. A small company that penny pinches and the benefit package is terrible. No vision care. Around $230 a month if you are single and have no kids.
