Pros

No pros. The only thing is that they give a bit more salary because nobody wants to join the company. So salary is the only way they can tempt people to join the company. But once you joined your life becomes hell and your career is gone.

Cons

Full of Cons. 1. No technical work. 2. If you are hired for GMS team then thats the end of your career. 3. No good cafeteria and pantry 4. MANAGEMENT is worst and full of dirty politics. 5. HR dept is even more worse. 6. To survive here you have to do buttering the managers. 7. Management does so many fake promises just to hire you at anyhow. 8. There is not much projects and the existing projects are waste. Most of them only have excel sheet work. Thats why many people rejectITRON’s offer 9. Do not ruin your career by joining this company. 10. Domain is completely different which will no way be helpful to you during switch from this company. 11.Zero Work Satisfaction.

Pros

Nothing than the tempting salary

Cons

As being a part of support team, the management is the worst which runs only on pure politics, no career growth or appreciation nor movement to any other technical teams or training on technical skills. Overall I can say it's one of the worst companies to work with and you can never grow your career than false hopes.Lying to experienced and freshers stating its a quality job and and its technical, but all we have to do is meter troubleshooting which does not give any learning or a career growth.

Pros

Flexible Work Timings. Not much work in most of the projects. Good Salary Especially good for women and senior people who want to settle down and not do much work

Cons

Not Much Learning Scope. Bonus are not given every year. The Bangalore management is only interested in increasing the headcount - recently more than 80 contractors were made as Full time employees - without much thought to capabilities. Many teams are being set up for more than 4-6 months without much work. Most of the sustenance projects and old technology work is sent to India - More than 70% projects are in stages of sunset or fix and fail stages. Very less career growth as there is not much work - people are relaxed and chilled out. Bad quality of work is done as the projects sent to India are Bad
