Healthy work environment, Company is growing at a very fast pace, the best place for young and dynamic members to learn new technologies, Best Mentors and Well experienced senior management, Focus on individual growth as well, Good professional growth, Good understanding between teammates Company owners have a good vision and he has very good behavior, the employee can ask and suggest anything to him, Flexi Working timings.
Cons
There are no big issues but, some points need to improve: No cultural activities, not celebrating any festivals.
