I worked at J. Crew part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The store I worked at had awesome management and co-workers that made working at J. Crew really fun. The hours were really flexible and the managers worked with me to make my schedule work when my other part-time job became full time. Management did a good job of recognizing and rewarding talent. With great clothes and a great discount, it was the perfect part-time job.

    Cons

Honestly just the standard cons that come with working in retail. Sometimes customers are frustrating and it can be exhausting, but that comes with the gig.

    Cons

    - Hours can depend on how much revenue the store is bringing in, so you may be asked to leave early or your shift may be taken off the schedule - Part time associates are only scheduled up to 28 hours per week

J Crew is a good place to work as a Part-Time job with nice people and a great company culture.

    Cons

Can be a little too focused on driving sales which makes the job a little stressful.
