The store I worked at had awesome management and co-workers that made working at J. Crew really fun. The hours were really flexible and the managers worked with me to make my schedule work when my other part-time job became full time. Management did a good job of recognizing and rewarding talent. With great clothes and a great discount, it was the perfect part-time job.

Honestly just the standard cons that come with working in retail. Sometimes customers are frustrating and it can be exhausting, but that comes with the gig.

Can be a little too focused on driving sales which makes the job a little stressful.
