    Team mates were nice, literally nothing else good about it

    Cons

    Zero hour contract but was forced to work over 36 hours every week. No respect for my mental health. No training given. No regard for health and safety, was regularly slipping on ice behind the bar. Managers were bullies.

    Lots of hours, gives you confidence to interact with a variety of people

    Didn’t appreciate me at all, I did the job of a team leader even sometimes the managers jobs and was paid £6.40
