    Pros

    Good pay for the part timer. Always overtime available. Work can be varied alot if you are a trading assistant.

    Cons

    Lack of warmth. We just do our job and go home. More store information on a whiteboard would help.

    Progressing halts when you reach store manager level hence very few movement on such level and progression to higher level is slow

    Keep your teams on board and never stop supporting , communicating ,Motivating and rewarding your teams

    *30mins paid break (may have changed)
    *Some deals on days out
    *Store performance bonus (max 3%)

    *Standing for long periods
    *No water bottles allowed on shop floor
    *Manager makes or breaks the store

    Hold individuals more accountable (not just team leaders) and stand up for yourself if the area manager is being unreasonable
