    Plenty of overtime.
    Generous holiday allowance.
    Flexible shifts.

    Cons

    No B plan if a team member is missing.
    Expected to do a morning shift after completing a night shift.
    Sudden timetable changes with a very short notice.
    Negative feedback instead of a constructive one.
