      Small, family atmosphere business, flex time, 401K match, incentives, opportunities for growth, travel, work from home, take your child to work day, holiday bonus, free coffee with any creamer flavor, free tea, hot cocoa, free fresh fruit daily, large % employer contributed health plans, early outs and closings on extremely bad weather days, company sponsored first-responders.

      Cons

      If you don't want to work, don't like getting your way at all times, don't like a co-worker or agree with a management decision, don't like that someone received a promotion over you, or you simply seek out the negative in every situation, you will always have a negative comment. Your frustration will lead you to a site like this where you will post your own personal frustrations. No Company is perfect at all times, but I love it here.
