1. poor management. 2. hierarchy in the decision, You cannot keep your points, none of the people in top management listen to your views. 3. Every decision should be superimposed on all the employees, whether you like or not. 4. No defined roles according to the profile, you are asked to do multiple works., & if you deny doing than you were asked to resign.

Quality Working Hours but no use as they have big discrimination factors as per work profile.

Having poor management system. There is no healthy employee-employer relationship. Fresh leads are not distributed equally. Money is not everything.. Employee self-respect is very much important too..They are providing only raw data to make cold calling and no online leads and quality source are given.
