I have been associated with this brand for years now and it has been a great time working at JKBS. I have grown with the system and pushed many growth initiatives. The sense of accomplishment and achievement has kept me motivated. JKBS never fails to recognize and reward the employee efforts. JKBS with its Legacy of more than 130 years and its amazing Leadership board has earned the loyalty of its Happy employees.

We all face tough times, work pressure, deadlines and it's part and parcel of the game.

1. poor management. 2. hierarchy in the decision, You cannot keep your points, none of the people in top management listen to your views. 3. Every decision should be superimposed on all the employees, whether you like or not. 4. No defined roles according to the profile, you are asked to do multiple works., & if you deny doing than you were asked to resign.

Quality Working Hours but no use as they have big discrimination factors as per work profile.

Having poor management system. There is no healthy employee-employer relationship. Fresh leads are not distributed equally. Money is not everything.. Employee self-respect is very much important too..They are providing only raw data to make cold calling and no online leads and quality source are given.
