JSW paints is a newly start up company in paints , as it is one of the big company in cement and steel ,I have learn about management ,growth, expansion of business in the given territory , b2b ,b2c ,take care of stocks in warehouse etc

As it was newly start up company , non of people have idea about it , faced mainy challenges like business partner was unsatisfied ,not interested and so on.....later business partner showed a more interest when cro of company gave them more confidence , encourage to grow more and earn more..
