I worked at JSW Ispat Steel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Hands on Learning Unique sector (steel), plenty of growth opportunities The people are helpful Job Security Can switch to bigger companies after some work-ex.\ Good mess, bus services.

    Cons

Timings are odd, may have to work in shifts so it takes a toll on body. Also travel time is more, as most people prefer to stay in urban areas nearby which are almost 1-1/2 hour far. Comfortable bus services are provided by the company.

I worked at JSW Ispat Steel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No pros. There are transportation facilities for employees. Other than this nothing is good.

No respect given to you by anyone.. feet licking is necessary for growth. It takes one and half hour to reach office.so entire shift takes 11 hrs. And u have to work on shift basis..
