JSW Steel Employee Reviews about "no work life"

JSW steel working for over 15 years, growth were good. Stagnant for 4 plus years. KIND of Lowest paid DGM as of now, 35Lacs package. First company no change so far. Sometimes I feel loyalty is a wrong thing in corporate world. My fault, thought growth is good. Thought company will take care of my future. Got too Cozy and used to the Luxury. Fear of costs outside world.

I have received below offers JSW one - 30 fix and overall ctc 38 @head digital works - 37fix Billdesk - 33 fix and overall ctc 38.5 For jswone and billdesk location is mumbai and for headdigital works location is hydrabad. I have 8 yoe. Can anyone suggest which one to choose?
