You get to learn a lot as there's a lot of challenges involved as you're on your own.

No work life balance, over worked, lack of trained staff and poor higher management, absolutely no appreciation for all the hard work put in. Poor higher management, dirty politics in the hotel. Inefficient HR management. Lot of issues involved. Not 5 star hotel when you've worked there and seen the reality.

I would not recommend working at this company. The work culture is toxic and the management is poor. The management is unapproachable and unwilling to listen to the concerns of their employees. They do not value their employees and it shows in the way they treat them. The work environment is stressful and there is a lack of communication and transparency. The company also has a high turnover rate. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and healthy work culture.

Work hours are good and the environment is lovely but toxic! 18 hrs shifts sometimes with basic salary is just worst

It's just like a government job where the only difference is that the coworkers are really helpful and seniors are exemplary.
