    1) Good infrastructure 2) Good location of company 3) E-commerce domain 4) Acquired by Myntra

    Cons

    1)HR will say you have 2 official WFH in one month.But if you avail even single WFH in a month ,your managers will say "We dont encourage WFH" and will stop you from taking WFH" 2)They say Jabong is 5 days a week office, but 90% of people have to come to office during weekends that too not just once or twice but consecutively for months 3) They assume that you will work in office till 8p.m atleast.     Advice to Management

    Groom yours skills so that your lack of incompetency with your juniors in the team does not lead to your ego problem.Higher management should keep in mind what "Jabong selling factors were to the employees" ,these factors are loosing grounds now. You should re-factor your management.As most of them have no skill and treat their team members as their slaves.

    A brand name is associated with you. HR policies are quite impressive that can easily persuade anyone not to flee away. Cool working Environment

    Cons

    Growth; You will certainly be growing but with the speed of a tortoise. Learning; You will definitely forget all your knowledge because you don't have good work as per you expectation and experience.

    Advice to Management

    Should entrust work to the person according to the experience. It is not good if the same task is doing a person with 5 years of experience as person with 2 years of experience can do. Better resource utilization is not there. Annual increment must defeat the inflation.
