      Pros

: It has been almost a year since I started working with Jaro Education. My job here is my first job ever. This company invested its trust in a fresher like me, and for this I am really very thankful to the management. The work conditions here are really good. Office environment is stress free. Salary offered to employees is also good. All in all, Jaro Education offers a perfect opportunity to enter the education sector to talented people.

      Cons

Short lunch break. It could have been longer

The most pathetic place to work

      Pros

I believe after the only pro is after working here, you can work anywhere, given the rough and pathetic work culture they follow, it is worst than any of the organizations.

      Cons

      1. You would have to work on Saturdays and even on Sundays (2 out of 4), although the HR would never agree to this, but you can definitely verify it from any of the current or former employees. 2. The working are too long and drastic, although the official working hours are 10 to 7pm, but I personally never saw anyone leaving the office at 7 except the janitor. In fact you would have to stay till 9:30 at times along with your manager. 3. The mediums used by the managers to get the work done are really condemnable, by the means of creating pressure through long hours, fear of termination, fear of salary deduction, which in turn hampers your mental health on a whole. 4. Finally, it is rightly said that maintaining the work life balance is in your hands, but when you have no time from your job, when you are working 7 days a week, it becomes all the more difficult to maintain the same.

Not at all recommended to be a better work place

22 Feb 2021 - Career Development Executive in Noida

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Just the salary is nice. But you cannot spend it anywhere as you have to work 7 days a week.

      Cons

      1. Continuous pressure will definitely affect your mental peace. 2. No Job Security. Even if you become a Team Leader, you can be thrown out of the company if you haven't performed the next month. 3. Only the first 15 days is where you can learn new things in the organization. Then you will just be a telecaller. 4. The manager will always scare you in the name of the salary cut. 5. You cannot take leave even if you are suffering from a major disease. 6. There is no concept of six day working. You have to work on Sundays as well. 7. No shift time. You have to work until your manager asks you to leave for the day. 8. If you take an emergency leave and your manager is not convinced by the reason, 4 days of salary will be deducted. 9. Leads (Calling numbers) given are cold. It means the person you are calling has no idea who are you. 10. Even if you resign from the company with serving proper notice period, your salary of last month will not be credited which is the worst part.

      Cons

*Many of the Noida branch people are just pain in our head. *They are at your position only but will pretend to be your senior or even the manage of the company. *Covid related protocols are hardly followed. *You have to keep working 20 hours everyday including Sundays. Yes you heard it right there's no off on Sunday.
