I have been working at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

: It has been almost a year since I started working with Jaro Education. My job here is my first job ever. This company invested its trust in a fresher like me, and for this I am really very thankful to the management. The work conditions here are really good. Office environment is stress free. Salary offered to employees is also good. All in all, Jaro Education offers a perfect opportunity to enter the education sector to talented people.

    Cons

Short lunch break. It could have been longer

    Advice to Management

No major issues apart from lunch break.

Severe delay in providing incentives and promised bonuses

I worked at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent team leader. Very good salary, above the market rate. Accessible location for the Goregaon office, 3-5 mins walk from the station.

    Cons

    1) The office has a very uncomfortable environment to it, in terms of freedom of speech, actions or words. You can only step out of the workplace to take a call during emergencies. If you're 'caught' talking, you'll be given a warning.
    2) There's a lot of biasness and boot licking that runs here. Everyone is simply trying to please the management.
    3) You will be given work that goes over and above your JD. For example, you may have to run to a store to purchase lipstick or make school assignments for someone's daughter.
    4) A lot of inflexibility in terms of timings. You reach a few mins late, your half day salary is cut. Also break period is of barely a few mins where you HAVE TO punch in-punch out.
    5) Very very stingy about clothes. If you wear a formal shirt but informal pants, you may get a warning but if a senior does this, it is allowed. Haha!
    5) Last but not the least, almost every team has to deposit their cell phones at the desk. You cannot take your cell phones inside.
I think all of you guys must've got the gist by now.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up. Let your employees breathe and let them have some freedom. It feels like a jail inside its so claustrophobic. Guys cmon. Most important is to let people have their own voice and be flexible about timings. Trust people to work responsibly without forcing them to submit their phones. People who leave on time here are given looks. Change the condescending behavior to being more friendly with the staff. Also the candidate is made to wait for 3-4 hours at the stretch. Kindly respect the candidates time and call them only when the senior is available.

I have been working at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Jaro Education gives a working professional a lot of room for growth. I have never faced any difficulty in working from the day I joined Jaro Education four months ago. All my colleagues are very supportive and the management takes good care of its employees. In short, the company gives you an excellent work environment.

    Cons

Since I am a sales executive, my job is target based. I have to achieve my monthly targets set by the company.

I have been working at Jaro Education full-time

    Pros

Education is no easy business, that’s for sure. I realized the value of every word coming out of an educationist’s mouth because those words have the potential to shape innumerable lives. Jaro Education teaches you how to use those words to offer the best education solutions. I have grown quite a lot professionally, following a career with Jaro Education.

    Cons

The work timings need to be made flexible. Jaro Education has a disciplined environment but it can sometimes cause discomfort.

    Advice to Management

The management needs to make the work timings slightly flexible. Moreover, it would help to have stress-relieving and team-building games on Fridays.

I worked at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Honestly, there's nothing in here

    Cons

    1) You have to flush out your personal life completely in order to work in this organisation
    2) In my experience, the management team in Jaro education is utterly horrible. The managers are very ill-mannered and do not listen to you, exploit you and act very inhuman and unprofessional
3)There are times when they call you to work seven days a week and keep you in the office till late, no doubt the attrition rate is too high
    4) JOIN ONLY IF you are ready to make your life monotonous and pathetic
( I am saying this on behalf of lot many other colleagues who are working and have left the company)

    Advice to Management

It's high time to get in a functioning management team guys
