I have been working here for the past 2 years and got a good increment. Open appreciation and additional perks are positive things. Moreover, there is a good opportunity to learn here. Monthly fun activities, team lunch, and collaborative work culture is best.

: It has been almost a year since I started working with Jaro Education. My job here is my first job ever. This company invested its trust in a fresher like me, and for this I am really very thankful to the management. The work conditions here are really good. Office environment is stress free. Salary offered to employees is also good. All in all, Jaro Education offers a perfect opportunity to enter the education sector to talented people.

Some of the TL are skillfull and work on real life based scenarios not on the basis of target given on the sheet.

(Bangalore branch)First of all no equal lead distribution will be there,its all politics there,you have to extend even on off seasons,someone died in my home and there is person mr mridul who doesn't have feelings he just think about buisness and without understanding what i am going through terminated me without any prior information or intimation,when i tried reaching him there was no response.i suggest this is not an organisation to grow,but i want to appreciate some people there mr ashutosh and abhinav for there tremendous support and outstanding behaviour.

More than 50 people in a office. But the office doesn't have hr. Hr sits in other branch. More than 30 girls are there. But they use only one restroom which is not cleaned properly. No cafeteria ABOVE all the assistant managers here worth nothing. They very well know they can't survive if they get out of this place. That's exactly why they stay here and make other lives hell. Toxicity at its peak. If you wanna get harassed verbally and mentally go here.

I joined Jaro Education as an intern, but today after 6 months, I am holding the position of sales associate. The management and co-workers offer good chances to learn and push to put forward ideas.
