Toxic work culture, people come and go like anything, nothing to learn and no value addition to your profile, all they care is monthly target and nothing else. If possible, stay unemployed rather than joining jaro.

Every single thing is. The managers and assistant managers operate from vengeance. They fool freshers with these kinda reviews and hire them. The work culture is pathetic. Jaro is organisation run by pathetic management and bosses. Negative comments posted in Google are deleted. Don't know if this ll stay. 6 days of working. Sometimes you ll be asked to work on Sundays as well. People could do anything to get promotion here.
