- Salary - You'll learn a lot and improve your skills.
Cons
Mainly the Jaro Education comes up with the highest packages for the colleges and students get attracted towards that package and join the company, I was placed for JARO education with the package of 8.46lac they told us that in the starting probationary period we will be receiving the salary of 30k and after 4 months it will be revised for 50k but it's the worst lie by the company we need to complete the target which is, we need to make the admissions for the company and the targets are highly impossible to complete for a new joiner, and later the work-life balance is pathetic if you join JARO EDUCATION you just need to forget your passion, enjoyment, holiday trips everything because here if you are not completing the targets you'll be working even on Sundays, and there will be a lot of pressure from the top-level management. I recommend keeping JARO as the last preference for the job try for other good companies as a fresher I won't recommend, and the retention is very low an average an employee can sustain in here is 3 months.

The most pathetic place to work

I believe after the only pro is after working here, you can work anywhere, given the rough and pathetic work culture they follow, it is worst than any of the organizations.
Cons
1. You would have to work on Saturdays and even on Sundays (2 out of 4), although the HR would never agree to this, but you can definitely verify it from any of the current or former employees. 2. The working are too long and drastic, although the official working hours are 10 to 7pm, but I personally never saw anyone leaving the office at 7 except the janitor. In fact you would have to stay till 9:30 at times along with your manager. 3. The mediums used by the managers to get the work done are really condemnable, by the means of creating pressure through long hours, fear of termination, fear of salary deduction, which in turn hampers your mental health on a whole. 4. Finally, it is rightly said that maintaining the work life balance is in your hands, but when you have no time from your job, when you are working 7 days a week, it becomes all the more difficult to maintain the same.

Worst company. Frauds.

No pros in this company
Cons
Does not give you full salary. No employee value. Work even on sundays (compulsory for all after 3week of joining). Make you do overtime without any pay even if you are performing great. Unethical culture and even ask you to sell by telling lies. Office opened even in containment zones. If you dont join physically, you will not even get your basic salary. If you are joining, forget about any work life balance. If you are joining for the money, you will not get a chance to spend it. those will be the savings for all the health issue you will be getting because of mental and physical exhaustion. (if they actually pay you). Dont even let you take a day off on government holidays. Even if its an approved holiday by the company.
