Pros

Freedom of work never had anyone breathing down my back and the money was good.

Cons

Traveling was hard on my family and me. But got to see lots of cool stuff and places that I would have never got to see.

Free Parking, RRSP match, quarterly bonus. Benefits are average.

Cons

There is no annual salary increase based on performance. Any cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) are given at the company's discretion, meaning they are not guaranteed. Moreover, favoritism and backstabbing are prevalent in the workplace. Management often engages in gossip and plays games, contributing to a toxic environment. I especially feel for the female employees who must navigate this old-school, male-dominated industry. Overall, I would not recommend working here, as senior management is the primary issue.
