Meeting people, helping the public, getting to know my colleagues.  But I think best of all will be meeting a passenger who is confused, or worried, and helping them to know what they want.  I would really enjoy doing that.  When I worked with Jet airways I loved helping my customers.

You get 15k to 20k salary as Security assistant, free tickets after confirmation. You can eat flight foods if no ones around. People only look for clearing AVSEC and screeners exam to go on Cruise to earn much more. With AVSEC and 1 or more years of experience one can earn 40-50k. While with screeners passed and few years of experience can earn upto 1 lac starting. But in all jack is necessary everywhere even to get into jet airways as Security assistant. Then jack for cruise.

You have to stand very long for 2 hours or more till your neaby flight, every kind of pollution, you've to be on ramp side where flights come not inside terminal what you might think. Sun, heat, rain whatever you are around flight. Ear buds in ears all time coz noise pollution. No holidays ever except your week offs of 1 day in day shift and 2 days in night shift. Shifts are there. No good canteen to eat for ground staff like us. Seniors molest new comers like hell. It's like there your father listen to them or suffer. Basically no brainworks only physical exertions.

JetPrivilege is a small organization with a great time. Everyone is approachable and very professional. Flight benefits are wonderful. You can learn a lot of things about the airline and loyalty industry.

Confusion about whether you work for JetPrivilege, Jet Airways or Ethihad Airways. Wish they had a flat hierarchy where more ideas could be discussed and implemented. Growth opportunities in terms of designation is minimal.
