    Pros

Ambitious company with a good focus on the customer

    Cons

Office workers, your face really has to fit. Very nit-picky about time management and in general some managers haven’t quite grasped the differences between performance management and intimidation!!

    Advice to Management

Have a structured plan in place for all team members where consistency and company ethics and morals are really promoted

    I worked at Jet2.com full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Located close to Leeds city centre so handy for bus and rail services.

Nice colleagues for the most part,

    Cons

Treated like children by team leaders who are very young. Very petty lateness policy, for example if you have an otherwise exemplary punctuality record but are 2 mins late, it will be documented and you will have to make it back, despite having to stay 2 mins later at the weekends until they switch off the phone systems.

The office cleanliness is very poor, which is a shame as the building is actually very nice.

The training isn't up to much and the systems are archaic. When you ask for help it is rarely given.

The company sick pay is a very low 10 days per annum, which for a big company is shocking.

There is a fear culture and only those whose face fit will ever succeed.

The company benefits are minimal. If you think we got big discounts off holidays, think again.

    Advice to Management

Create a nice atmosphere for your staff and look after them. Happy staff are loyal staff.

    Pros

I m working as PSA and I still find the job very organized and well paid. The team is great and our manager and supervisors were ex PSA. So you can really have the possibility to grow your career within the company.

    Cons

I don t have any cons

    Advice to Management

    Keep it the hard work

    I worked at Jet2.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good Wage
    Often Finish Early
    Great Team Members

    Cons

    Last Minute Changes
    Staying Late For delayed Flights

    Advice to Management

Senior management seem happy to implement changes and "Improvements" but actually have no real idea what happens overseas on a daily basis. New procedures seem to be dreamt up in the comfort of a boardroom with no real consultation of anyone who would actually have an idea about was works and what doesn´t.

    Pros

Free drinks on shift plus comfortable office environment

    Cons

Micromanaging from team leaders who are bits of kids.
Ignorant team leaders who barely acknowledge you stood asking for help, some could hardly manage to lift their heads to look at you.
Late forms if you are as much as a minute or two late to start yet expect staff to stay behind past their shift finish time on a Saturday or Sunday!
If your face doesn’t fit your going nowhere

    Advice to Management

Don’t appoint young kids as team leaders with no people or life skills.
Get them to practice what they preach instead of them telling team members off for one thing then doing the same themselves.
Improve sick pay allowance...10 days is poor!
You have a dress code for a reason, enforce it!

    I worked at Jet2.com full-time

    Pros

Great opportunity for career development - they really support paying for courses relevant to your role
Opportunity to travel within the role
Free tea and coffee on site
A lot of staff are friendly and just trying to get the job done whilst working against the pressure of managers

    Cons

Low/no perks for staff - discounted travel is none existant
Working expectations are high and rewards are low
Bullying culture from the CEO down
You will only progress if you are the flavour of the month
    Very little job security

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your staff - if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys!
