Process oriented organization & good strength of manpower ensures smooth work flow & work life balance. You can get more opportunities to work, if you contribute more & do things differently.
Cons
Don't expect salary & promotion proportionate to your efforts. If your salary is above average, organization will bring you smoothly to average. If salary is below average, your rationalization will happen if you stay for long term. It takes more than 10-15 years to shift from Manager family to leader family role.
