I moved to Madrid thinking about a short-term nice experience into a fast-growing tech company, I had no idea about how engaging it could become. After 5 years I'm still amazed by what we are building day after day, by the surprise in the eyes of our customers and our candidates, by the commitment of our team. I'll probably stick around for some more time, I can imagine of very few places where the positive impact... on an industry could be bigger.

Cons

The job is challenging and may generate some stressing situations cause you need to think fast and act faster. In fact, our customers are usually leaders in their respective markets and therefore they are very demanding. As a result, the work/life balance may be affected during some periods of the year.

Jobandtalent is the perfect place for people that would like to grow and accept responsibilities from an early stage. The management deeply cares about its employees and if you show effort you will be given every opportunity to develop yourself professionally and learn more. You will be working alongside very smart and ambitious people in flat hierarchies. The atmosphere itself is unique and extremely friendly... between co-workers.

I was working in Jobandtalent for almost 4 years, two years in Madrid and two years in London. When I started at Jobandtalent I had very little knowledge in finance. They taught me everything I needed to know and gave me the opportunity to move to the London office to improve my career and my skills. The people are amazing and I would recommend jobandtalent to everyone. I left the office 4 months ago and I’m... still in close contact with my colleagues. It is a company that take cares of its employees professional and personal lives. I felt very happy and proficient in my position.

Pros

JT is one of the few companies that are providing a revolution for traditional staffing agencies. It's a good challenge because you can't copy from others, it's building something new from the beginning. JT has a passionate and professional team that put the focus in providing a good user experience while delivering results. As a PM I have the opportunity to work with many departments of JT and be involved in... the company strategy definition

Difficult to keep the focus on the most relevant and important topics. It's a fast-growing company, it's easy to get messed with the urgent instead of the important.
