Constantly challenging work in a fast paced environment where everyone goes the extra mile. The talent here is top notch and everyone strives towards our goal of curing cancer. Our new HQ is incredible and there are many employee amenities. There are many fun employee events.

Cons

We constantly speak of the importance of personal development but don't always allow for this to be prioritized in practice. We also have inconsistent hiring practices and a lack of clear career ladder leveling. Nepotism is a constant and salaries are inconsistent. This is not the place to be if you're entry level and desire structured training or unambiguous career advancement.

Pros

They have great work culture. Every body is very inclined towards one goal- cure cancer! I love the work and I love the people here.

You could pay better based on one's qualifications and experience. I am currently underpaid based on glassdoor.

The research they are doing to cure cancer is all anyone should need to see to want to work here! The benefit package is one of the best I’ve seen!

The culture, hands down. My manager has an open door policy and encourages questions, no matter how simple or complex they are. I have the opportunity to work with some of the most intelligent people I have ever met and we all have the same desire to cure cancer. The facility I work at is beautiful and tucked away in Bothell so parking is never an issue.

It's a relatively new company, if that can be considered a con.

This company is both mission-oriented and employee-oriented. We care about our mission to cure cancer. We care about our patients. We also care about our employees. Juno provides wonderful career opportunities for it's people. Employees are encouraged to stretch their abilities and take an active role in their career growth. Benefits are good, compensation is good and work/life balance is good.

Cons

Juno has grown quickly and this involves a lot of change. It can be hard to keep up with a changing environment. If you want to work for Juno you must be flexible to changes and new ideas. Some new ideas succeed and some fail, you must be ok with that.

The people & the culture is amazing at Juno. Working at Juno you feel like you're really doing something with your life. It's an upbeat culture where people go the extra mile because we a fighting to cure cancer.

Cons

The work load is tough. We are a start up so we have our growing pains.
