You will get to learn dirty politics typical bengali politics, Uneducated managers wont let you surpass them in any performances. Do not take manager to your follow ups he will take your sale and nobody would even bother to take actions. You need to be a good looking girl with seductive attitude to please your manager.In every conference calls meeting you would hear only one name of the manager who has swallowed the sales of his team members and justified his performances. Managers are married but still look like desperate mens and hunger for lust watching new girls joinee.
