      Pros

      Nothing, Micromanagement is hack the employee trust, They lose employee relation. they look always cut the employee salary. There is no fun activity at work station.

      Cons

      There is no best reason work at KMM, No employee Engagement and no employee relation, They always round between the Money. how much you get and how much they get.

      Pros

      I have the best experiences working with KMM Technologies, where the employees get heard and employer make sure the employees get the best against their efforts. They have very good Recruting team, Timesheet submissions are smooth and their bi weekly payments are always in time. Top of everything, the CEO personally ensures the concerns has been taken care and delegates people to address any issue.
