Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Kalkitech full-time for more than a year
Pros
Chance to improve self learning skills Chance to roam around india.
Cons
Only scope for electrical engineer in the company is in commissioning department. Worst working environment. Worst HR policies.
When Kalkitech was founded, one of the decisions that the company took was to have all its fresh engineers spend atleast 2 years in commissioning projects, and to understand the realities in a power plant or a sub-station. We believe that field experience in a sub-station or power plant is very critical to being able to contribute to this Industry and enhance ones professional career. Most of the senior people in Kalkitech today have come after working at sites and in commissioning projects and then moved to development projects or project and program management or R&D and later to management functions.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Kalkitech full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good peers, immensely helpful bunch of people, perhaps the only good thing about this firm. With exponentially high attrition rate, this won't last either.
Cons
Very poor management and HR policies. Work your derriere-off for nothing. Period. No incentives or dues paid. Less than meagre pay. Don't expect a raise. Ever.

Thank you for your feedback. We surely are awake and clear headed and would like everyone to also realize that we are awake. Maybe that is something we should work on.
