    I worked at Kalkitech full-time

    Pros

I have worked more than 3.5 years in this company. There is a lot of opportunities to learn things, especially if you are a fresher. The package is also good except there is some complications in the incentive calculations. Most of the employees who complaint about the company is because, there was some problems with the previous HR department as well as few new policies. I also had few issues with this. In my experience - even though there had some delay in getting the incentives and retention bonus - they cleared all the pending dues before I leave the company. The company had some financial problems at times like any other business and I believe that was the reason behind the pending dues. Regarding the working culture, It was awesome to work in this company. Good and helping colleagues. Work- life balance is also very good. There is no gap between old managers and employees. Also , Most of the Managers are really good in technical capabilities. Over all, It was really a good experience to work in this company. I wish nothing but the best future in the industry for Kalkitech!!

    Cons

Old HR department had serious issues to deal with employees (I hope it is better now). There is some complications in the incentives and performance grade calculations. Some departments lacks career growth.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Kalkitech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I don't see any pros.

    Cons

HRM is the worst in the industry. Kalkitech's salary structure is such that it always keep an handsome amount of employees salary with them. So, incase an employee leaves, company doesn't pay the amount kept with them as part of employees CTC. So, beware before joining this organization. Work-life balance is not good. Senior management is confused. Every year they keep on changing the road-map.

Thank you for your feedback. What you have stated is factually wrong. We have a reputation for one of the most ethical company in the Industry. We have always avoided an un-ethical path when given a choice to grow the company and our governance structures are better than most private and even public companies. While we are known outside as a fair and transparent and ethical company, it is sad internally we are seeing this feedback. We will see that our Salary Letter and Offer Letters are more explicit and detailed so that one does not accept the offer having wrong assumptions. The only case i have seen was when an employee assumed wrong tax computation and assumed a higher take-home salary. We do have a very clear roadmap and I do believe we are very conscious of having a good work - life balance, with all our policies favouring the same. All said, i guess there are no free lunches and in this world of strong competition and change, it is important that we recognize hard work and perseverance are needed to survive and grow as a company as well as a Professional.
