If you are a fresher it's a good place to learn
Cons
I never I would say that, since I was always eager to be the part of Kantar but ever since I have joined I even heard it from my colleagues that Kantar is not that company anymore- It's not employee friendly No work life balance Salaries for first few years is pretty less No job security- lay offs are crazy, can't trust the management as they don't think about their employees once and ruthlessly throwing them out of the jobs, they don't value loyalty and performance Lay offs are irrespective to the performance, 10-15 years old employees are being laid off, that too without even consulting with their managers, so I dont know how is that justified When the pandemic started Kantar was the first to cut salary that too by a large proportion and laid off huge number of employees which is still going on Keeping all these in mind I don't think it's at all wise to work for a company like that...I mean what's the use if you join and within two months you get a call that we will have to let you go (this has actually happened)

Depressing place to work (Kantar GDC Hyderabad)

May find some of your colleagues friendly (some)
Cons
No growth or switching options. No work-life balance. Useless management. Peanuts for salary hike. Bad work culture. Literally you are nothing more than mere laborers for the onshore team. Domain is very niche hence once you remain here for too long you will get stuck in this field. Colleagues and seniors are not helpful at all. People wanting to join right out of college please look somewhere else. Joining here might become a very wrong decision for you which you might ruin your career.
