Higher starting pay compared to market standard, opportunity to participate in end to end research.

1. Working hours - A 12 hour workday, from 10am to 10pm seems like a early log off. Need to ask manager for early leave if logging off at 7-8 in evening. 2. Hard to get a leave for any other reason than sick leave. More than a day is not appreciated. 3. Working extensively on weekdays till 1-2 at night and then also working on successive weekends. 4. Blame game is the best way to solve an issue than discussion. 5. Very small teams working on a project which greatly increases dependency of a work on one person. 6. Top bosses speaks of improving happiness, managers in teams doesn't pay any heed. Way to improve happiness is ensure you provide top notch quality of deliverable but seeking help is under appreciated. 7. High attrition, due to above points, so managers in various teams don't care as they know people will leave in a year and thus they take no action to ensure happiness of employees to reduce attrition. 8. Most of the people who have been working for long, are there only because they can't leave their hometown for some personal reason.

A workplace loaded with office politics, toxic managers You are expected to work extra hours, weekends and the managers are least bit bothered about ensuring work-life balance Highly unsupportive work environment Your thoughts and ideas are never taken into consideration, you are just expected to work as the seniors suggest (more like my way or the highway) If you are in a fix, you have no seniors helping you resolve it
