Diversity of Work, Client Exposure is way better than other agencies, Team Bonding and a positive Work Culture, If you are looking to learn the best research from the best people in Industry then Kantar is the right place in India. Merit is above office politics unlike some other leading agencies. Kantar is also respected by the clients in terms of Quality of work done here.
Cons
Compensation is average, Working hours can be stretchy and if you are just looking to pass your time and hope the paycheck keeps coming every month - please go to some other place. Kantar is a place for passionate people who are willing to work hard and be the best. I would say Work-life balance is not the best but the opportunities are challenging and meaningful.
