I think that working at KSWH was a generally speaking a great experience for me. I did learn a lot of new skills and made a lot of good friends along the way. I think KSWH has a very good HR department that is always willing to lend a helping hand or advise anyone with any issues he might have concerning his stay in Prague or in general related to work. I have also say that my colleagues were friendly and... nice to work with

I think a big downside in KSWH was the lack of a united vision as well as a big division between how regular employees and middle to higher management viewed the game and the development process. This alienation caused many issues that could have been avoided through proper communication. This bad communication between the two caused some morale issues.

Very friendly and easy going people, open communication with a lot of support from colleagues, nothing is impossible in this team, small and self organized teams which know what is their goal

Best experience in my life. The big plus for me is that the company is open and encouraging for college students and people without work experience, thus a good way how to learn your way around in the gaming industry. Great colleagues, full of new and innovative ideas. Nice working atmosphere. Opinion of every employee matters. Only simple management structure. Good salary.

Have finished features all properly tested before release. This company needs a secretary.

Very friendly and relaxing working environment, flexible working hours, no formal management structure, no strict rules, provides opportunities to low-experienced employees to work on high level, small and flexible team, employees opinion matters, rewarding good results and goals achieved, gives the opportunity for multi-tasking which helps to develop more skills and gain more experience on various fields.
