Pros
Great team, culture - driven as individual responsibility, startup mindset, dynamic roles, open and transparent leadership driving both people and business agenda, good remuneration and bonuses, very personal (homelike) office environment, great brand with awesome product line.
Cons
Work life balance is a concern. Limited Sick leaves. HR department not sensitive to people’s requirements, growth and in maintaining vibrant and open culture.
