They credit the salary on time (last working day of the month).
Cons
Kelly services is one of the major professional staffing consultants available. However, their management is pathetic in India. (Specially Banglore) I was hired for one of their clients.They never did anything on time. No curtesy for their employees, no benefits. The managers don’t pick up your call and never respond to your emails.They’ve delayed my hike, bonus for 8 months and at the end I’ve quit without taking them. They don’t care about the procedures, created a new pf account without even informing the employee and when confronted about it stopped replying to email. Even post quitting, they took 2 months to process the final settlement and did not even send the final settlement payslips. Work ethics: 1/5 Management: 0/5 Giving Salary on time is the only con of working here.
