I have been working at Kelly full-time

    Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

    Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.

I worked at Kelly full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company offers great pay for the job you're doing compared to market average. The hours are standard and provide a nice work/life balance. And they provide all the equipment you require to work from home. There are definitely some promotion opportunities. You'll meet some good coworkers who you can connect to and talk over their chat program.

    Cons

Call center style IT where it is heavily metric based. You can actually get coached if you resolve problems too quickly because it lowers the average resolution time of calls. Once you quit, you can't go back to the same contract. The job I had was work from home, make sure you don't forget to go outside.
