Poor management. High level of micro management . Top managements are of no use. No work life balance. Slog yourself from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. No one will listen to you if you don't know how to hold bucket . Buttering to your manager is must skill here.

Good work environment for females.
Cons
No work life balance. Have to go to recruitment drives on weekends, which they don’t pay for. Very bad incentives structure and even the basic salary is very less. The targets are not that easily achievable.
