nearly everyone is super friendly and tries to be helpful

Cons

1. technologies (legacy and acquired) are at a cross-roads; the future looks precarious due to lack of cohesive strategy and vision 2. critical / transparent feedback is discouraged; prefer kool-aid and no waves

A great place to work, contribute and grow

Pros

Joining Kemp was a great decision! The management team are open and engaging. They seek to connect with employees at all levels and are definitely approachable. This is an integral part of the strong company culture and values which are really lived by everyone. There is a tangible feeling of being able to contribute to the direction of the company and help it be successful.

Cons

The Kemp team is split across a number of global locations (and timezones!) and many remote employees. This isn't always bad (in my view it is a Pro!) but any new employee needs to be able to engage with that dynamic such as in terms of meeting times and general flexibility.
