The owners and some BCBAs have dual relationships with clients which makes your job harder.
It’s a he/she said environment. So any ‘feedback’ is given in a it happened type of way and you’re liable unless you are a supervisor. In that case congrats on being a supervisor.
Constant client/ schedule changes.
Management pretends they are actively listening and will make the changes, however the changes do not actually come. Transparency is also a struggle with this company.
The pay is lower than most other companies for this position.
