An opportunity to start in IT for people without work experience

Cons

They don't take care of the employees, There is a group of people who work long in a company (by 'long' it means more than a year), and they usually have a kind of 'private' atmosphere. A review process is slow, and it's difficult to get the compensation upgrade.

- No benefits, motivations - No lead developer - Bad management and planing, a lot of stress and overtime works
