Pros

Good organisation to start and work for newcomers. I cannot find anything more to compliment as some years have passed, and management could now be better.

Cons

Management politics might exist... not sure though with what happened against other employees..... kindly mind anyone's review mild unless some point was stated by multiple candidates

Pros

One of the few corporate jobs experiences you can get in PEI Access to software and platform training you would otherwise have to pay for (ie salesforce)

Cons

Absolutely no training for positions. You are required to train yourself on years old information. Constant middle management expansion via hiring outside persons. No promotions are given, you can only laterally move teams internally. Base salary will never change or adjust. You have commission that you are expected earn to make up any difference. Reversed work from home and made in person work mandatory (tho inconsistently enforced across departments)
