      Pros

      - Flexible - Fun fellow staffs - Good environment esp. in Products - Work From Anywhere

      Cons

      - Extreme wage gaps in conjunction with favoritism - Salary level on average is way lower compared to other, more smaller companies - Many personal conflicts mostly in management level - Weekend works is default - Discouraged to take leave during big holidays (religious), taking leaves in general is being shunned upon - Some senior managements like to berate their staffs in public - Does not take ethics seriously (no strict ethical guidelines whatsoever), the marketing people is even encouraged to use disturbing content - Extremely high turnover

      Pros

      They offer flexible benefit the employee can use for any purposes.

      Cons

      The management didn't know how to make the tech team more effective and efficient. It felt like working in a student organization (fuzzy process and all) instead of a real organization. Most of the members of top management (CEO included) are inexperienced with working in a mature company. That must be contributing to the fuzzy process they currently have. But if you're more of the Ops person, I think you'll be fine. The office building was also improper because I found mice around the pantry.

      Pros

      a mix of meaningful work and a lively, supportive environment. the team is super friendly and collaborative. as a freshgrad, got to try a bunch of different things, so there’s plenty of room to explore and be creative. the hybrid setup and chill office vibe also make it a comfortable place to work.

      Cons

      the company direction can change quite often, which sometimes makes priorities feel a bit all over the place. some leaders is not ready yet to be a leader. workload is very intense, especially when the team is short-staffed or too many manual tasks. the company’s still in cost-saving mode, so budgets are tight, there should be no expectation in a good compensation if you are a low level staff, unless you join in as manager upper or an mvp.
