Only the best work here.
6 Jul 2022 - Architectural Designer in Miami, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You are exposed to amazing quality designs of both residential and commercial high end construction. If you’re looking to design, be creative and think outside the box when it comes to designing principles, this is the place. On your first month you will learn more than you will ever learn in school and that’s a fact. The experience you gain from working here is outmatched. Other companies bring in breakfast most of the time to show their products. We have Berry’s Boot Camp once a week, gives you room to connect with the administration side since they’re always busy on their side of the building.
Cons
Cons are easy. Follow the rules and you will pass with flying colors. You will have to put in the time when deadlines come (happens at any other company). You won’t see administration employees since they’re on their own side of the building. You won’t work with Kobi directly unless you work yourself to that position. If you have no leadership skills, you will not succeed. You must know how to manage your own projects and be on top of your work. There is no working from home.

Pros
Fast paced environment, creative freedom, ability to work on high visibility projects, although there is a lot of work there is still a good work life balance. Office is amazing.
Cons
No good restaurants within walking distance, sometimes parking can be an issue.

Kobi Karp is reaping what he has sown
18 Jul 2022 - Project Architect in Miami, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Kobi has been a staple in the Miami Architecture and Development scene for many years. He knows how to make money for clients and developers, and that has allowed him to work (and keep working) on some of the hottest projects in South Florida. The best part about working for Kobi is the amazing portafolio of current projects he has. Working for KKAID you have the opportunity to be part of the exponential growth happening in Miami. You literally see your projects go up all around the city, and that’s a dream come true.
Cons
Although the office has a beautiful campus, the kitchenette area is tiny in comparison to other offices I’ve worked at.

Pros
Dynamic, incredibly fast-paced environment Never a dull moment Fun lunch and learns and breakfast presentations with vendors Addicting coffee Meet interesting clients and learn about new projects Learn Ins and Outs of an architectural firm
Cons
Long hours, but it is what it is! Not such a con when you're being compensated for it. Only 30 minutes for lunch, could be worse, could be better

Always given meaningful projects with rewards on completion Inclusive environment …..ability to work in multi departments with various senior staff who are all great to work with.
Cons
Sometimes so busy you forget to eat lunch! Keeping the office schedule is difficult with so many meetings and people coming in. Everyone wants a tour of the new offices because they are amazing but work still needs to get done.
