Only and I mean only benefit of this company is you get paid weekly.

Where do I start? There is ZERO culture! NO holidays, they took away all our holidays including Christmas, thanksgiving etc you are expected to work. Very little pto. Horrible benefits. The health insurance was about 500 a month that came out of my paycheck and it’s horrible insurance. Owners are very cruel. If you have a health condition they do not care, and will not let you use fmla. Pay is horrible. Zero pay increases from the 3 years I worked there. Oh and if you get laid off zero severance and very cruel. This company is the worst company I ever worked for. You will be miserable.
