Pros
View of Airport & Strip, Free coffee & water
Cons
Micro managed & top heavy organization. No room for internal growth. You will need to look elsewhere for advancement opportunities. HR is a joke as they will fire you for anything you do. Everyone walks on egg shells at the office. Its very quiet and no life in the building. No covered parking so your cars 130 degrees in the summer afternoons. Only upper management has underground parking. Disgruntled employees flood toilettes in this place and management literally took away the paper towels to fry your hands punishing all. This place is a joke. No raises + more responsibilities when new upper management shuffles positions and try to consolidate teams. List keeps going...

Pros
Glossy Building and Delayed Bonuses
Cons
They recently laid off their most senior HR, employees who were working for them since decade, many Mid-level engineers and also freshers who joined like six months back. Now, Just think about what they can do to you. The upper management never believe in their employees and always hesitant to let them work from home and the same behavior during pandemic too. They believe in hiring better senior management people and throwing real working employees out. "sooner or later you will regret your decision to join this company". This company is for oldies who don’t have any energy left in them to pursue their career and just remember if any time they want to reduce their workforce they will go age-wise with the preference to keep Oldie. Their product sucks and full of bugs !!! Unless you don’t have a job I would suggest not to join them!! "A suggestion to all the smart people working there, I understand you might be feeling useless lack of real skills but just look outside and start thinking to leave this company else you will be stuck there forever like other oldies you see around your cubical".

"Everything was great until COVID"
Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Konami Gaming, Inc. full-time
Pros
- Great coworkers - Low stress - Very little overtime
Cons
After COVID hit in March, we were very quickly shuffled to working remotely. This transition went more or less smoothly. Mid-May (and after a month long furlough in April), we were all told we were required to be physically back in the office by the start of June. All protests about safety, effectiveness in working remote, or anything else were shut down completely. We were told that upper management did not trust people to work from home. Upon returning to the office, compliance with wearing masks and social distancing was extremely low and left entirely up to the individual. At the end of June, two employees tested positive for COVID and Human Resources did not inform us until weeks later, and seemingly only because word started to spread about the positive cases. Konami's response to the pandemic has been, much like the US response itself, a case of putting profits before people. I understand when you work at a large corporation like this, you are just a column in a spreadsheet at some level, but the flagrant disregard for employee well-being and the refusal to acknowledge and adapt to the extraordinary circumstances of a global pandemic soured my opinion of this company faster than I ever could have anticipated. Steer clear of working for Konami until well after COVID is gone or until you hear that they have made a complete shift in their policies.

Pros
The building looks nice to show off to people in a shallow sense.
Cons
Other reviews pointed out that this company is top heavy. Other reviews say this company micromanages people. All true. When execs are hired and the lower underlings are laid off but then there is no difference in the production pipeline there's something wrong. When managers are constantly clamoring for spreadsheets about your time spent instead of the actual work you are doing, this all illustrates one thing. This company does not trust any of its people. Every email from HR is always laden with some kind of threat. It is never positive reinforcement but always negative consequences. This is no way to run a company especially in the times we are in. When we emerge from this pandemic people will remember how companies reacted. This company does not realize the long term consequences of how they are reacting. This company thinks that working from home endangers the well being of the company but they have some long term employess that do work from home. How does that work? Hypocrisy. It's okay to endanger some people but not others from this pandemic? Is this a meat packing company? This company is a technology company but they run it like it's 1990. This is why it took over 20 years just to make any gains.
