      Pros

      Great leadership from the supervisor and management teams, they have a vision for the company and are expanding slowly but steady. And they provide a free lunch to all employees.

      Cons

      Not very much overtime weekly, in the time I’ve worked at Kosmo, I have only worked about 40 hours of OT in a year. But even then, they work/life balance is amazing.
