      Pros

      Flexible schedule, that is it.

      Cons

Managment is HORRIBLE. There is no transparency and the "goals" of the department change every single day so you don't know what is expected. They use fear mongering to try to get you to work harder and faster, they will berate you in front of literally anyone. They make you feel guilty for taking your breaks. Work life balance is a complete joke. They act like you work in a high up corporate job yet pay you the same wages as a bagger or cashier. If you do work here, don't bother joining the union because they don't return anyone's calls. They handle Covid really bad as well. They tell their employees to come in while they wait on results even if you've been exposed. The morale just keeps getting lower and lower and everyone is ready to quit, it's not a good enviornment.

      A company on the ropes

      Pros

Wage and benefits are the only redeeming qualities. The employees and customers are bit of a mixed bag. You'll find some that are great people and some that will make you wish you never left bed.

      Cons

Work life balance is a joke. You sign a contract that says 9 hour days and in 2018 you're told that it's mandatory to work 10. No contact or compensation changes. Wage increases are given on curve like a college course. Most receive a 1% raise. Everyone is on edge thinking they are about to lose their job. Departments on average lose about 20 hours of labor each year despite unit and sales increasing. If you like unrealistic expectations and a culture of doing more with less then sign your life away.

      Pros

Depending on who you work with, it’s actually pretty rewarding and the work environment is amazing. Most of the patients are really nice and super sweet.

      Cons

Work/life balance isn’t great. Again depending on who you work with us a HUGE factor. Pay is no where near enough for the job or level or stress, district is constantly cutting hours and causing understaffing issues. Hiring will take about a month. Benefits for part timers are most definitely needed, a lot of times; best practices aren’t followed.
