    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at L.E.K. Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people - especially at the associate level Low-travel model is great, even though it often results in longer hours compared to other consulting firms

    Cons

Slower to change and adapt than other firms - archaic staffing methods, fewer employee benefits, etc. Pay is beginning to slip compared to it's competitors and management doesn't seem to mind Longer hours in general - sometimes a result of poor case management, other times cases are poorly scoped Management's apathy to staff complaints has taken a serious toll on morale Overall, L.E.K. is growing very quickly, but with a lot of growing pains. Address the issues quickly in order to capitalize on the growth.
